Projects Worked on by Helal & Partners:

  • Mountain View Company:

    • Represented the company in all land acquisition transactions from 2003 to 2019.
    • Conducted discussions with all related parties such as government entities.
    • Supported the company in complying with and ensuring proper corporate governance.
    • Advised and executed the restructuring of the company, forming the holding company and all its subsidiaries.
    • Represented the holding company and all its subsidiaries, including agreements entered into for all sorts of transactions and provided legal opinion to all the group companies.
    • Led the path in drafting the first professional bilingual project units sale contract in 2005, which was later used as a reference by other real estate developers.

  • Al Ahly Sabour Company – Sultanate of Oman:

    • Represented the company in discussions with the Ministry of Housing in the Sultanate of Oman government.
    • Managed the land acquisition of plots of land in the Sultan Haitham Project up to concluding and signing the contracts.
    • Acted as the legal consultant for the company in all legal services.

  • Ministry of Public Sector Enterprise in Egypt:

    • Represented the Egyptian Ministry of Public Sector Enterprise in discussions with a foreign investor for the sale of Nile Shepherd Hotel.

  • Namaa for Real Estate Development Company:

    • Negotiated, drafted, and finalized joint venture agreement, shareholders agreement, and the formation of a company between an Emirati company and the company for the establishment of three mega community centers in Egypt.

  • Saudi German Hospital:

    • Negotiated, drafted, and finalized the shareholders agreement and hospital management agreement for the Saudi German Hospital in Egypt.

  • Foreign University:

    • Provided legal advice regarding establishing a branch of its university in Egypt pursuant to the new Egyptian law for universities.

  • Government Authorities :

  • Our team has contributed to the governmental auctions made by the General Authority of New Urban Communities for the sale of plots of land in New Cairo and Sixth of October Cities.
